I assume in the picture of your granite sphere fountain the basin is mounted below grade and the rocks are installed on top. What are the depths of the basins of 12" and 16" spheres fountains? What is the diameter of the water outlet on top of the sphere? What mechanisms are available to fill the basin? Can I install a float valve within and if so is there a water-tight connection to the outside?
This is correct. The 12'' sphere has a 14'' deep reservoir and the 16'' sphere has a 16'' deep reservoir. The diameter of the water spouts on all spheres is about 1.25''. We offer free shipping within the United States. Here are some shipping facts about all of our fountains:
1.) Currently all small fountains will be shipped through UPS Ground, with free shipping.
2.) Fountains over 100lbs. will ship freight with Curbside Service. They will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the fountain at time of delivery.
3.) Many of our fountains are made to order and the lead time for each fountain will vary. Please reach out for current lead times on the product(s) you are interested in and we would be happy to provide you with the specific information you are needing.
4.) On the delivery for fountains with extra large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, If you are unsure whether or not your fountain needs one please contact us before the arrival of your fountain.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Outdoor Fountain Pros, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Outdoor Fountain Pros must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.
