The base pool is round and rests on a strong pedestal.

Can this fountain be left outside during frigid Michigan winters? (It would be too heavy to move inside a garage.) Would it be prone to cracking with snow, ice, and freezing?
You can keep your fountain outside in the winter, but to help prevent any weather related damage, you will want to winterize your fountain. This will include draining it of all water and moisture, using absorbent materials in all bowls and covering it with a waterproof material.

What does this look like from the back?
Great question!
As this feature is a wall fountain, from the back it looks very flat and non-decorative so it can go right up against a wall.

How wide is the pedestal base? Is the 48 inch width measured at the top of the urn? I need the base measurements
Yes, the 48" width is the width of the basin, the widest part of the fountain.
The base is 32"W and 19" from front to back.

1.) Currently all small fountains will be shipped through UPS Ground, with free shipping.
2.) Fountains over 100lbs. will ship freight with Curbside Service. They will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the fountain at time of delivery.
3.) Many of our fountains are made to order and the lead time for each fountain will vary. Please reach out for current lead times on the product(s) you are interested in and we would be happy to provide you with the specific information you are needing.
4.) On the delivery for fountains with extra large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Outdoor Fountain Pros, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Outdoor Fountain Pros must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.
