Small items will be shipped through USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground, with free shipping.
Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Please Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time with you prior to arrival. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.
3) Since our water fountains are made to order and lead times will vary. Please reach out for the current lead time on the product you are interested in. We can sometimes help you find an alternative that can ship sooner (or help speed up the process) to meet any time demands on your water feature.
4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.
Although durable, protecting cast stone water fountains during winter is crucial to prevent damage from the freeze-thaw cycle that can occur in most states. Moisture trapped in water fountains can expand when frozen, leading to deterioration and cracks. For smaller outdoor fountains we highly recommend storing them indoors or in covered areas during freezing months. For larger outdoor fountains we recommend thoroughly drying and covering them with a waterproof cover. Regular maintenance and care can significantly extend the life of these decorative items..

You could do lights in the basin, but it would likely be too narrow to add them to upper tiers. However, many of our clients place spotlights around the fountain to light up the fountain. As for promotions, you can give us a call during the fall and winter months and we can get you the best price possible.

Where is he best position for power source? Does the fountain provide access for positioning under the fountain?
The cord comes out the bottom of the basin. It is recommended to place a sweep of 2” conduit or PVC underneath the basin from the center out to the edge or to the power source prior to installing the fountain. I have this particular fountain. The problem is that due to the drain holes in the center column, my middle basin never fills sufficiently for the water to flow from the large lion heads as is depicted here! Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. Joe
