We offer free shipping within the United States. Here are some shipping facts about all of our products:
1) Currently all small items will be shipped through UPS Ground, with free shipping.
2) Products over 100lbs. will ship freight with Curbside Service. They will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.
3) Our cast stone products are made to order and lead times will vary. Please reach out for the current lead time on the product you are interested in.
4) On the delivery for fountains with extra large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

I just asked a question before. Can you also supply me with a basin that this piece will fit in that will also have water circulating?
You can do it with the current components, just moving the pump down to the pool. The current pedestal is hollow enough to run a pump line through it. The considerations to keep in mind, is that you would need a different stopper designed to seal around the tubing instead of around the wire, and we don’t make a stopper with a 3/8” hole (the diameter of the tubing). We do make a 1/2” hole stopper (19-050) which would get you close, and you could use some silicone caulk at that point to make up the difference. You may need a more powerful pump, as the water is being lifted almost twice as high, which could reduce the flow if the pump starts to struggle. You’d also need longer tubing to reach the top of the fountain from the pool. You may need to put the pedestal on risers/bricks/something to make enough space for the pump to sit under the pedestal in the pool. This would be below the waterline and likely not very visible, if at all. The Valencia Pool would probably be the best option for this. Can this fountain withstand colder temperatures and snow? For example, New England, USA winter climate?
These fountains are meant to last for many years, in all types of climates. If you experience harsh winters it is imperative that the fountain is winterized and covered during those months.

The best fix for a leak will depend on the extent of the damage. We are happy to help if you send us photos of the damage. There are a lot of videos on youtube regarding repairing cast stone concrete fountains as well.
