Does this fountain come with a cover? That protects it during the winter, rain, seasons, and weather. If it does come with a cover does the cover only cover the tiers or does it also cover the base (if you have a base). Or is there a separate cover for the base?
Great question! We do have a cover that could work for this fountain and is usable in all seasons. It would cover only the tiers and tie at the base of the bottom bowl. We do not sell a cover to cover the pool if you purchase a fountain with a pool.

This fountain would be delivered by lift gate on a pallet ? This would be delivered to my home for personal assembly.

We offer free curbside delivery within the continental US. Due to the size of this fountain it would be delivered on a pallet by a semi-truck.
The carrier's truck would have a liftgate to low the fountain onto the ground.

What is the width of the bottom of the base? Also, would you use any type of sealer on this?

The dimensions of the bottom pedestal are approximatley 22½"H x 18½"W x 13"TD x 6"ID.
This warehouse actually doesn't use a sealant as they don't find that it is necessary for their product.
If you do apply a sealant, any concrete sealer would work, but commercial grade concrete sealer is more durable. Though it can also be a little more expensive.
As the manufacturer doesn’t apply a sealant, there is not a specific brand or type we can recommend.

Can you get this with a matching pool under this, if not do you have one like this with a matching pool. 4 Tier
You can get a matching pool with this fountain. You can get the fountain with a medium fiore pond that is 88.5" W. It will be the same as the pond on this fountain: Espana Fountain with Medium Fiore Pond.
You can also get it with the regular fiore pond that is 99.5" W. It will be the same as the pond on this fountain: Pioggia Large Fountain with Fiore Pond.

This fountain comes with 12 pieces and the heaviest piece will be the X-Large bowl at approximately 450 lbs.

2.) Fountains over 100lbs. will ship freight with Curbside Service. They will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the fountain at time of delivery.

4.) On the delivery for fountains with extra large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Outdoor Fountain Pros, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Outdoor Fountain Pros must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.

The ORIGINAL SHIPPING is NON-REFUNDABLE even if you received FREE shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the product to you.
