Due to the nature of concrete there is very little that can go wrong with it as long as it's properly cared for. For this reason Campania does not offer a warranty for their products. Our 15+ years of experience has shown that Campania's products are more than capable of withstanding the test of time. These products are designed to last well over 40 years, and will as long as proper care is provided for them.

St. Aubin Wall Outdoor Water Fountain Includes:

  • Recirculating electric pump

NOTE: The finishes are designed to replicate the look of natural aging, but unlike a painted finish, the patinas do not prevent the natural aging process. Any cast stone item with a patina finish will weather naturally in an outdoor environment. Because each patina is hand applied in a multi-step process and the product is photographed in natural settings, actual colors may vary.

Outdoor Fountain Pros offers free shipping within the United States (Lower 48 States). Here are some shipping facts about all of our products:

Small items will be shipped through USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground, with free shipping.

Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Please Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time with you prior to arrival. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.

    3) Since our water fountains are made to order and lead times will vary. Please reach out for the current lead time on the product you are interested in. We can sometimes help you find an alternative that can ship sooner (or help speed up the process) to meet any time demands on your water feature.

    4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Although durable, protecting cast stone water fountains during winter is crucial to prevent damage from the freeze-thaw cycle that can occur in most states. Moisture trapped in water fountains can expand when frozen, leading to deterioration and cracks. For smaller outdoor fountains we highly recommend storing them indoors or in covered areas during freezing months. For larger outdoor fountains we recommend thoroughly drying and covering them with a waterproof cover. Regular maintenance and care can significantly extend the life of these decorative items..

    • we are looking for a water feature that makes a lot of noise, will this one make noise?

Yes, the spill works very well on this fountain.  Typically fountains with large spills will make more noise than other fountains.

    • how do you move the st auburn off the pallet and into position. It weighs almost 900 lbs!

The fountain weighs approximately 737 lbs. At least two people are recommended for the installation of this item. If you are not using professional help for this installation, you may need to use equipment like a forklift or pallet jack to move it into place.

    • Sorry. Just found the answer. Ouch. That's a lot of care in winter!

By following these steps it will prolong the life and beauty of your fountain.   We wouldnt wouldnt want your purchase to crack or receive damage from Harsh outdoor winter elements.   We recommend taking all the necessary so that your fountain will look beautiful for years to come.

    • I keep seeing the words "if properly cared for". What is the proper care for this type of fountain?

      - G ENE R A L F O U N T A I N T I P S -Install fountains on a level surface. You will need a properly grounded 110-volt (AC only) GFCI protected receptacle near the fountain for your pump. All pumps are submersible and must be completely underwater to function properly. Test all pumps and adjust to full output prior to assembly. It is not recommended that fountains be placed directly on grass or dirt. Position the channel opening at the base of each fountain toward the electrical outlet to be used since the pump cord will be threaded through this opening.    W I N T E R C A R E - Fountain bowls/tops and other fountain components, which collect water, should not be left outside in the winter since any component, which fills with water and freezes may crack. Likewise, components such as pedestals, which remain in a basin, filled with water, which then freezes, may also crack or crumble. Ideally, therefore, a fountain should always be stored indoors or in a dry protected place such as a covered porch away from the elements. However, if a fountain must be left outside: (1) Remove pump, rubber stoppers, drainpipes, finials, and other small components for storage indoors. Note that stoppers or drainpipes are removed to allow drainage in the event water accumulates in any basin. (2) Raise fountain base from ground with wood strips so that base will not freeze to the ground surface. (3) Cover or wrap the fountain with burlap or other absorbent material (old blanket or towel) and then cover securely with plastic, making sure that water will not accumulate in the basin or other fountain component and freeze; (4) Check fountain periodically to ensure that plastic is secure and water is not accumulating in any fountain component
