Crafted from reinforced cast stone concrete, the fountain is built to last a lifetime.

To keep a constant water level in your fountain, you can add the auto refill system. It comes with a float valve, concrete base, custom stopper, clear tubing, and a pressure relief garden hose or spigot connection. The device is connected to a garden hose or spigot, and the water is turned on and off by the valve in the unit, keeping your fountain filled effortlessly.

    NOTE: The finishes are designed to replicate the look of natural aging, but unlike a painted finish, the patinas do not prevent the natural aging process.     Small items will be shipped through USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground, with free shipping.

    Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Please Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time with you prior to arrival. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.

    3) Since our water fountains are made to order and lead times will vary. Please reach out for the current lead time on the product you are interested in. We can sometimes help you find an alternative that can ship sooner (or help speed up the process) to meet any time demands on your water feature.  

    4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

    Although durable, protecting cast stone water fountains during winter is crucial to prevent damage from the freeze-thaw cycle that can occur in most states. Moisture trapped in water fountains can expand when frozen, leading to deterioration and cracks. For smaller outdoor fountains we highly recommend storing them indoors or in covered areas during freezing months. For larger outdoor fountains we recommend thoroughly drying and covering them with a waterproof cover. Regular maintenance and care can significantly extend the life of these decorative items..

    • Do you recommend removing it from the outdoors during the winter months or is it safe to leave outside? Seems rather heavy to have to move. What materials in fountains can be left out year round?

      You do not need to remove the fountain from outside, but we do advise bringing the pump indoors for the winter.  You would just need to drain the fountain and place a fountain cover over the fountain to protect it.
