The M-Series Platia Garden Terrace Fountain is a scaled down version of the popular Platia Garden Water Fountain. Naturally, only its size is toned down and everything else about this piece is just as majestic and dynamic  - making it the ideal choice for those with smaller gardens and also perfect for creating that cozy "nook" or chill-out spot in an otherwise large garden.

    Small items will be shipped through USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground, with free shipping.

    Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Please Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time with you prior to arrival. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.

    3) Since our water fountains are made to order and lead times will vary. Please reach out for the current lead time on the product you are interested in. We can sometimes help you find an alternative that can ship sooner (or help speed up the process) to meet any time demands on your water feature.  

    4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

    Although durable, protecting cast stone water fountains during winter is crucial to prevent damage from the freeze-thaw cycle that can occur in most states. Moisture trapped in water fountains can expand when frozen, leading to deterioration and cracks. For smaller outdoor fountains we highly recommend storing them indoors or in covered areas during freezing months. For larger outdoor fountains we recommend thoroughly drying and covering them with a waterproof cover. Regular maintenance and care can significantly extend the life of these decorative items..

    • Can I just plug this fountain into the outlet on the side of my house, or does it need to be hardwired? Also, how long will it take to make (in Travertine) and ship this fountain to me?

      This fountain can just be plugged directly into a normal outlet. It takes about 4-8 business days for production, and then a few days for shipping.
