Outdoor Fountain Pros offers free shipping within the United States (Lower 48 States). Here are some shipping facts about all of our products:

Small items will be shipped through USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground, with free shipping.

Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Please Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time with you prior to arrival. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.

3) Since our water fountains are made to order and lead times will vary. Please reach out for the current lead time on the product you are interested in. We can sometimes help you find an alternative that can ship sooner (or help speed up the process) to meet any time demands on your water feature.  

4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Although durable, protecting cast stone water fountains during winter is crucial to prevent damage from the freeze-thaw cycle that can occur in most states. Moisture trapped in water fountains can expand when frozen, leading to deterioration and cracks. For smaller outdoor fountains we highly recommend storing them indoors or in covered areas during freezing months. For larger outdoor fountains we recommend thoroughly drying and covering them with a waterproof cover. Regular maintenance and care can significantly extend the life of these decorative items..

  • Do your fountain motors have a timer or phone control feature? How about lights? How are they controlled?

    Both the pump and lights simply plug into a standard 110v outlet. They do not come with a remote or timer. Many customers will have their outlets either connected to a timer or a wall switch for ease of turning them on/off.

  • What is the auto refill? I don't see this on most of the fountain? Wondering what it is and the advantage?

    The Auto-Refill is a great option for many fountains. It is a float device that sits in the lowest level of the fountain. It can be hooked up to a water source so when the water level drops, usually due to evaporation, this device will fill the fountain with more water for you. This is very worthwhile if you don't want to be concerned with refilling the fountain yourself, on occasion.

  • Is there a possible upgrade for a larger basin? Thank you

  • Is 55” the inner or outer diameter of the pool? What is the inner and outer diameter of the pool? Thank you

    The 55" is the outer diameter of the pool, and the interior diameter is approximately 50".
