Tall and stately, this Espana 3 Tier Outdoor Fountain With 55 Inch Basin is a multi-tiered cast stone water feature with a 55-inch wide basin that creates a striking and dynamic sight with its riveting water flow. Water starts out from a top finial and slowly moves from to tier until it reaches the basin - only to be recirculated by a highly efficient pump back to the top. It's the perfect piece to place in any large open space or garden to add a soothing and welcoming element to your outdoor space and infuse it with the relaxing sounds of flowing water.

The 55" is the outer diameter of the pool, and the interior diameter is approximately 50".

We currently have a basin but I knocked over the tiers. Is it possible to order this Espana 3 tier fountain without the basin?

What is the auto refill? I don't see this on most of the fountain? Wondering what it is and the advantage?
The Auto-Refill is a great option for many fountains. It is a float device that sits in the lowest level of the fountain. It can be hooked up to a water source so when the water level drops, usually due to evaporation, this device will fill the fountain with more water for you. This is very worthwhile if you don't want to be concerned with refilling the fountain yourself, on occasion.

Do your fountain motors have a timer or phone control feature? How about lights? How are they controlled?
Both the pump and lights simply plug into a standard 110v outlet. They do not come with a remote or timer. Many customers will have their outlets either connected to a timer or a wall switch for ease of turning them on/off.
We offer free shipping within the United States. Here are some shipping facts about all of our fountains:
1.) Currently all small fountains will be shipped through UPS Ground, with free shipping.
2.) Fountains over 100lbs. will ship freight with Curbside Service. They will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the fountain at time of delivery.
3.) Many of our fountains are made to order and the lead time for each fountain will vary. Please reach out for current lead times on the product(s) you are interested in and we would be happy to provide you with the specific information you are needing.
4.) On the delivery for fountains with extra large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Outdoor Fountain Pros, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Outdoor Fountain Pros must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.
