    NOTE: The finishes are designed to replicate the look of natural aging, but unlike a painted finish, the patinas do not prevent the natural aging process. Any cast stone item with a patina finish will weather naturally in an outdoor environment. Because each patina is hand applied in a multi-step process and the product is photographed in natural settings, actual colors may vary.

    Small items will be shipped through USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground, with free shipping.

    Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Please Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time with you prior to arrival. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.

    3) Since our water fountains are made to order and lead times will vary. Please reach out for the current lead time on the product you are interested in. We can sometimes help you find an alternative that can ship sooner (or help speed up the process) to meet any time demands on your water feature.  

    4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

    Although durable, protecting cast stone water fountains during winter is crucial to prevent damage from the freeze-thaw cycle that can occur in most states. Moisture trapped in water fountains can expand when frozen, leading to deterioration and cracks. For smaller outdoor fountains we highly recommend storing them indoors or in covered areas during freezing months. For larger outdoor fountains we recommend thoroughly drying and covering them with a waterproof cover. Regular maintenance and care can significantly extend the life of these decorative items..

    • Hi - does this (and similar pedestal recirc fountains) need a basin? Otherwise, how often do you have to refill it with a hose?

      The water sits in the bowl underneath the dish. You do not need a pool or basin. Water evaporation will depend on how hot and humid or dry the air is. As evaporation rates vary significantly from area to area, there is no set time that you will be refilling this fountain. You may need to fill it more in the hot summer than in the spring and fall.

    • How much water does this hold? Our area has hard water, do you recommend using filtered or distilled water to prevent mineral buildup?

      This fountain holds 4 gallons of water. If you have hard water in your area we recommend using distilled water. Another thing that can help is the Protec fountain cleaner. It is made to prevent calcium and scale buildup.

    • Do I just drain this in the winter and cover it?

      Yes. Proper winter care is crucial in maintaing your feautre. If it is not possible to bring it into a garage or shed during the winter months, it is best to drain it of all water and allow time for it to dry. Then fill any bowls with absorbent material such as towels or burlap, then using a water proof cover or tarp, fully wrap and protect the feature.
