Due to the nature of concrete there is very little that can go wrong with it as long as it's properly cared for. For this reason Campania does not offer a warranty for their products. Our 15+ years of experience has shown that Campania's products are more than capable of withstanding the test of time. These products are designed to last well over 40 years, and will as long as proper care is provided for them.

NOTE: The finishes are designed to replicate the look of natural aging, but unlike a painted finish, the patinas do not prevent the natural aging process. Any cast stone item with a patina finish will weather naturally in an outdoor environment. Small items will be shipped through USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground, with free shipping.
Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Please Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time with you prior to arrival. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.
3) Since our water fountains are made to order and lead times will vary. Please reach out for the current lead time on the product you are interested in. We can sometimes help you find an alternative that can ship sooner (or help speed up the process) to meet any time demands on your water feature.
4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.
Although durable, protecting cast stone water fountains during winter is crucial to prevent damage from the freeze-thaw cycle that can occur in most states. Moisture trapped in water fountains can expand when frozen, leading to deterioration and cracks. For smaller outdoor fountains we highly recommend storing them indoors or in covered areas during freezing months. For larger outdoor fountains we recommend thoroughly drying and covering them with a waterproof cover. Regular maintenance and care can significantly extend the life of these decorative items..

Hi How much water does it hold and what is the deep is it.
Sadly, we do not have the inside depth of the bowl, but this fountain is estimated to hold approximately 3 gallons of water.

Yes, this fountain is 2 pieces, plus the pump kit.

Can I hook this fountain up to a permanent water source or is it meant to be filled with a hose? Can the fountain's water level be regulated by a ball valve?

Can it be used with a heater in winter?
When you get freezing temperatures, we highly recommend winterizing your fountain. This includes draining the fountain and covering it to prevent moisture from building up and freezing.
If you live in an area with mild winters where it only freezes a few nights, you may be able to use a pond heater to prevent the water from freezing so you can continue to use it. However, we do not sell pond heaters and this bowl is quite shallow, so we are not positive if a pond heater would fit or work appropriately with this model.
