Outdoor Fountain Pros offers free shipping within the United States (Lower 48 States). Here are some shipping facts about all of our products:

Small items will be shipped through USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground, with free shipping.

Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Please Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time with you prior to arrival. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.

3) Since our water fountains are made to order and lead times will vary. Please reach out for the current lead time on the product you are interested in. We can sometimes help you find an alternative that can ship sooner (or help speed up the process) to meet any time demands on your water feature.  

4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Although durable, protecting cast stone water fountains during winter is crucial to prevent damage from the freeze-thaw cycle that can occur in most states. Moisture trapped in water fountains can expand when frozen, leading to deterioration and cracks. For smaller outdoor fountains we highly recommend storing them indoors or in covered areas during freezing months. For larger outdoor fountains we recommend thoroughly drying and covering them with a waterproof cover. Regular maintenance and care can significantly extend the life of these decorative items..

  • Where do I rough in the electric? Can the connection be concealed? Do you have a Installation manual to send me?

    The electrical outlet will come out the bottom of the basin through a small notch.  Some clients will put an outlet right next to the fountain or run a conduit to the nearest outlet so the cord isn't exposed.

  • Hi - Do you have shop drawings available ? What is the current lead time for delivery ? Is it possible to order a taller base ? Can I get some color samples please ?

    This fountain takes about 3 weeks for production, and then about a week to ship. Unfortunately we do not have shop drawings available and this is the tallest it can be made. However, if you email us we do have a photo of this fountain with one of the sides off so you are able to see the black base. You can email us at info@outdoorfountainpros.com.

    Also, I would love to send color samples to you! They are 3 for $25, but when you order your fountain we will refund this full amount back to you. These samples are physical pieces of stone with the finish applied so we highly recommend getting these to help with your color decision. They are also shipped priority so they arrive quickly.   • Does it light up at night?

    This feature does not come with a light but does have the option to add it. That way it can be lit up in the evenings. Another option is to have landscaping lights placed around the base of the feature shining upwards to illuminate the enter feature, versus just the water.
