Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. 4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

where is the pump connected at on this fountain

It is located inside the bowl, and then there is a piece that covers it. The plug comes out the back.
Is this easily installed? Can this be done by two men? How does this come delivered and do they have a palette jack to remove from truck to the homeowners garage.

Yes this fountain can be easily installed by two men. It is delivered via freight and is lowered with a liftgate from the truck. It is curbside delivery.
Hi, Can the angels be altered. Maybe ones with garments and the right one a girl with long hair and a dress. I have a picture of what I would want. Also, is layaway available?

Sadly, our fountains are manufactured by being cast in molds. This make us unable to customize the look of the angels.
Is it possible to have any other type of pedestal legs or basin on this fountain?
