Water pours down from a spigot on the wall's surface then flows from tier to tier in graceful streams, through grooves carved into the sides of each tier, until it finally strikes the water already pooled inside the basin. Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.

4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.
