Does this have a water flow dial to increase the sound? How loud is this fountain ?
This fountain will produce a nice trickling sound, but is not considered a loud fountain. There is not a way to increase the flow significantly on this fountain as that would cause the water to splash out too much, but you can always slightly increase the sound of water by having slightly less water in the basin. This creates a farther distance for the water to fall, and tends to produce a louder sound. Please keep in mind when adjusting the water levels, that the pump does need to always stay fully submerged while the fountain is running, or it will burn out.
We offer free shipping within the United States. Here are some shipping facts about all of our fountains:
1.) Currently all small fountains will be shipped through UPS Ground, with free shipping.
2.) Fountains over 100lbs. will ship freight with Curbside Service. They will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the fountain at time of delivery.
3.) Many of our fountains are made to order and the lead time for each fountain will vary. Please reach out for current lead times on the product(s) you are interested in and we would be happy to provide you with the specific information you are needing.
4.) On the delivery for fountains with extra large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Outdoor Fountain Pros, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Outdoor Fountain Pros must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.
