The Stone Basins Fountain features three pools of copper-accented water that provides The Cascading Pools Fountain is a stunner, showing off its four large pools of water as a modern one-piece work of art. This fountain has it all....great structure, great sound and great water action. A brilliant underwater LED light kit is included to provide a shimmering night-time effect.

What is the lead time for this fountain in Relic Nebbia?
Right now this fountain is expected to take about 20-25 weeks to make, plus shipping time out of Illinois. The lead time is the same for any of the color options.

Do all sides have a finished look? Where is the pump access? How long is the electrical cord and where is it located? Is there a separate cord for the lights or are the pump and lights on one cord? Is there a switch for the lights or are they always on? Is pump speed variable - I assume not, but have to ask? Are the lights easily replaceable if they go bad?
The back of this fountain is smooth and will have the same finish applied as the front side, however, as the cord comes out the back, it is usually recommonded to go in a place where it will primarily only be viewed from the front side.
The pump is located submerged under water in the bottom basin. The pump cord is 25' long. The cord for the pump and lights will come out of the back of the fountain.
There is no on/off switch. You can wire whatever outlet you use into a wall switch if needed. The pump speed does not change.

1.) Currently all small fountains will be shipped through UPS Ground, with free shipping.
2.) Fountains over 100lbs. will ship freight with Curbside Service. They will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the fountain at time of delivery.
3.) Many of our fountains are made to order and the lead time for each fountain will vary. Please reach out for current lead times on the product(s) you are interested in and we would be happy to provide you with the specific information you are needing.
4.) On the delivery for fountains with extra large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Outdoor Fountain Pros, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Outdoor Fountain Pros must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.
