A monumental piece fit for large, lavish homes and upscale establishments, this Plumbed Large Lion Outdoor Water Fountain features four magnificently chiseled lion heads gracing each tier and another four lion sculptures forming the base for its ornate pedestal. Water flows out from each lion's mouth and creates a clear, tinkling sound as it strikes the water below it. Along the perimeter of its six-foot wide pool, columns of water also bubble up adding to its resplendent and dynamic display and soothing acoustic. I see standard delivery time is approx 3 wks from date of order. Is this still the case with Covid? Or, is more time needed? Thank you.
Due to covid the current lead time for these handmade items is about 6-8 weeks plus transit from our warehouse in Nevada.

I see the basin/pool is not included and a 10ft basin is required for this fountain. How much extra is the basin? Also, can I get color samples mailed to me? Thank you.

Can u tell me how the plumbing for the fountain
Plumbed, simply means that this fountain is intented to be used in an existing pond or pool. It does not come with one, but it is compatible for one that you may already have. Due to the size of the feature, the fountain will need to have an external pump system set up to be connected to. A pump is not included with this fountain.

1.) Currently all small fountains will be shipped through UPS Ground, with free shipping.
2.) Fountains over 100lbs. will ship freight with Curbside Service. They will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the fountain at time of delivery.
3.) Many of our fountains are made to order and the lead time for each fountain will vary. Please reach out for current lead times on the product(s) you are interested in and we would be happy to provide you with the specific information you are needing.
4.) On the delivery for fountains with extra large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Outdoor Fountain Pros, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Outdoor Fountain Pros must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.
