should resin be sprayed with something to protect it?
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. We do not have a product that we recommend to spray on the surface of the resin as a protectant. We recommend maintaning the fountain by keeping the water clean, clear of debris and algae. We do recommend using a fountain cleaner diluted in the water to help eliminate the growth of algae.
Please also avoid using harsh and abrasive chemicals such as chlorine or bleach as this will deteriorate the surface material. -
Does this fountain come as pictured with the "moss"?
This fountian will come as pictured. Please keep in mind that computer screens can slightly alter colors, so the colors may appear slightly different in person.

How much water in gallons should be added to the fountain?
We don't have the exact gallon capacity for this fountian, but it is estiamted to hold approximateyl 1.5-2 gallons of water.
We offer free shipping within the United States. Here are some shipping facts about all of our fountains:
1.) Currently all small fountains will be shipped through UPS Ground, with free shipping.
2.) Fountains over 100lbs. will ship freight with Curbside Service. They will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the fountain at time of delivery.
3.) Many of our fountains are made to order and the lead time for each fountain will vary. Please reach out for current lead times on the product(s) you are interested in and we would be happy to provide you with the specific information you are needing.
4.) On the delivery for fountains with extra large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Outdoor Fountain Pros, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Outdoor Fountain Pros must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.
