Does this fountain come in one piece or must it be assembled.
This fountain comes in many pieces on a pallet and will need to be assembled. We suggest working with a trusted local landscaper for set up, as this item is very heavy and will need to be moved with a forklift.

The pump that is designed to work with this fountain is a 500 GPH Mag-Drive with a 16' cord.

Hi, we have a outdoor water fountain with 52 in diameter of basin. The top parts are broken. we thought only order the top to tiers of this fountain with pumps would work for us to put on top of our basin. Do you think it will work? how much does it cost if we order this without the bottom part?

How long does it take to install the large 3 tier fountain? looking to put one in and just wanted to know approximately how long the installation will take. I have the correct equipment and help
Installation times can vary depending on how much assistance you have. For this size of feature it could take 1-2 hours approximately.

How many gallons of water does the fountain require?
We don't have the exact gallon capacity for this fountain, but based on similar models, it is likely to hold about 25 gallons of water.

1.) Currently all small fountains will be shipped through UPS Ground, with free shipping.
2.) Fountains over 100lbs. will ship freight with Curbside Service. They will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time. Customers must be available to sign for the fountain at time of delivery.
3.) Many of our fountains are made to order and the lead time for each fountain will vary. Please reach out for current lead times on the product(s) you are interested in and we would be happy to provide you with the specific information you are needing.
4.) On the delivery for fountains with extra large bases, a forklift is required for delivery as the base will be too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from Outdoor Fountain Pros, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. All returned items to Outdoor Fountain Pros must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.
